Introduction

Under the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, the Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission is empowered to receive and investigate alleged breaches of human rights as well as take steps to secure appropriate redress.

The Human Rights Commission Decree provides that all investigations conducted by the Commission are conducted in private. All communication, therefore, is treated with strict confidentiality.

Please fill in the Complaint Form correctly and completely. We will use the information you provide to assess, investigate and/or conciliate your complaint. We will provide a copy of your complaint to the person or organisation you are complaining about.
